Do I really need a makeup artist/hair stylist? Can I even afford one?
A worthy question, and the answer is YES! Professional makeup application ensures the wearability, longevity, and photo-readiness of your look from first-look photos to the final send-off. The Lavish Beauty team has mastered techniques specifically geared towards making your look cry-proof, dance-proof, and perfectly gorgeous in person and in photos.
What do I need to do to book you?
A signed contract and 25% deposit will reserve your date. The remainder is due in one payment on the wedding day, or you can pay your balance in advance of the wedding if you prefer. We happily accept cash, checks and Paypal.
Can I have a trial run BEFORE booking?
Absolutely! We love spending time with clients ahead of the wedding to get to know you, but please understand the date will not be reserved until a contract and deposit are in place.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
The sooner the better! 3-8 months in advance is typical, but if you're looking to book last minute, go ahead and contact us! You never know, we could still be available!
Do you come to me?
Yes! Travel fee varies by distance.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no refunds given due to a cancellation after the contract and deposit are in place. We will always be as flexible as possible in the event of an unforeseen emergency. All policies are delineated in the contract.
I have a multi-day event, do you offer me any discounts?
Please request a quote and give us some details in the comments so we can give you a customized quote.
Can you stay on site for touch-ups? Can you come back and change my makeup or hair into a different style for the reception?
We are happy to accommodate these special requests, and our hourly rate will take affect for these types of situations. Please request a quote and let us know more about your needs.
I have a big wedding party and a short window of time to get ready. Can you accommodate us?
If you have a tight timeline the day of your wedding, but a large wedding party, we are able to accommodate you! Additional artists can be added as necessary to meet your scheduling needs and will be charged as a flat fee in addition to the per-person styling fees.
Is gratuity included automatically?
Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients and are not reflected in our pricing. However they are always greatly appreciated if you feel you have received excellent service.
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, extensions, false eyelashes, etc)
